ISC Progress Report, February 2022
The last two years have seen remarkable delivery of critical IT services at the University. Penn’s Next Generation Student System, Human Capital Management system, Identity and Access Management system, Unified Communications system, Data Warehouse platform, and numerous security controls have all undergone dramatic transformations and progress. Soon, our Learning Management System and our Giving system will also migrate to new platforms.
Together, they represent the most significant portfolio upgrade of technology investments in support of students, faculty, staff, researchers, and alumni in the last 30 years.  And they were all accomplished while meeting the added incremental demands placed on IT@Penn, staff, and leadership by COVID-19.
New for 2022,
