College of Public Service, Tennessee State University
PADM-prefix classes start Wednesday 8/24 in TSU eLearn
Log in to eLearn promptly, read the news posts and access your class syllabi to get off to a great start in your classes! We can't wait to work with you this semester as you make progress towards your professional goals. Schedule adjustment runs until Thursday, January 27 according to the TSU Academic Calendar. Not sure you're in the correct class? Get in touch with your advisor. Finally, it's always a good idea to check your student account in myTSU to make sure everything's in order at class start and a week or so later.
PRST-prefix classes started Monday 8/22 in TNeCampus
If you were permitted to take a PRST-prefixed course as a substitute for a PADM course not offered or full this semester, or for MPS students, your PRST course started on Monday 8/22 according to the TNeCampus calendar. Log in to TNeCampus right away if you have not done so yet. Take a moment to double-check your student account in myTSU to make sure there's no hold-ups there. The TNeCampus calendar can differ from the TSU calendar in any semester, so always plan with the proper academic calendar(s) for your situation.
If not, it's time to get in touch with your advisor! Please don't "self-advise" - we are here to help you make choices that keep you on track and on time for your specific curriculum.
Are you FINISHING your studies this semester?
It's essential that you check in with your advisor in the first few weeks of the semester, to ensure that you know the steps to get over the finish line. The first step will be to apply to graduate for your degree, certificate, or both if applicable in myTSU. You need to do this by OCTOBER 15 and it only takes a minute, so go ahead and do it now to let the Graduate School know you are planning to finish this Spring!
