TEX-CARE is a free, 2-hour AAFP CME credit, self-paced online training offered by Baylor College of Medicine’s Department of Family and Community Medicine, in partnership with the Cancer Prevention and Research Institute of Texas (CPRIT). The training includes two interactive modules focused on improving lung cancer prevention and early detection. Participants will learn current screening guidelines, evidence-based tobacco cessation strategies, patient education resources, and referral pathways for screening services across Texas.
