The Clemson Athletics Department earned a 96 percent Graduation Success Rate (GSR) for the 2015-18 cohort in data released by the NCAA on Wednesday. The 96 percent mark is tied for the second-highest amongst public institutions.

Clemson University’s STRIDE ART (Accelerating Research Translation) Academy concluded its Fall 2025 cohort with a competitive pitch event at the Barnes Center. This semester’s cohort featured 17 participants in 14 teams representing six different colleges at the University.

As a veteran of Operation Desert Storm, professor Rod Andrew served four years as an active duty member of the Marine Corps and 25 years in the Reserves. Andrew’s dual identities as a historian and Marine help bring perspective to his new book, The Marines’ Fight for Survival: War, Politics, and Institutional Crisis, 1945-1952.
