Take the Oregon Talent Assessment Survey 2022

In partnership with the Oregon Workforce and Talent Development, Oregon’s Higher Education Coordinating Commission (HECC) is conducting a talent assessment to gather industry input on key workforce development issues. Responses provide critical business and industry perspective on the workforce landscape and opportunities for improvement.
Survey questions are asked as they relate to your firm, company or organization. Responses will be confidential, and all questions are optional. We expect the survey to take less than 10 minutes, and you can chart your progress by the bar on the bottom of the page.
Your feedback will be extremely valuable to HECC as they determine how to best support employers, students, and workers in Oregon. HECC is hoping to reach employers in 11 key Oregon sectors (includes leisure & hospitality and food & beverage) to understand your experiences with hiring and retaining staff, and your perspectives on skill shortages, community conditions that impact hiring, and other pressing workforce management issues.
Please take the survey by March 13.
