Hi Neighbor!

The holidays can be a mixed bag of joy and stress. While many enjoy the merry buzz of the season, for some, this time can feel lonely and sad. I try to remember that when I'm rushing around checking the boxes off of my to-do list. We never truly know what's brewing inside someone's heart and mind.

 

The year I lost my Dad, November of 1995, I didn't know what to do with myself. I felt lost. Hearing Little Drummer Boy and O Come All Ye Faithful, Dad's favorites, sent me into body shaking sobs. But other tunes like Joni Mitchell's Both Sides Now and many other favorites helped me get through that tough time.

 

When I'm in need of a mood boost, music is my ultimate go-to. This month, I want to share with you 10 musical things that brought me joy.
