Have a great winter break!
Have a great winter break!
What is your name?
Lauren t'Kint de Roodenbeke, ESIA '18
Where is your fellowship located?
Princeton in Africa in Kara,Togo
What are your major tasks or projects?
My current position at Integrate Health is as their Capacity Building Fellow. I work with the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Quality Improvement Team based in Togo to further their efforts to end preventable deaths in neglected communities.
How has the experience influenced your career path?
I know for a fact that I wouldn't be able to get this kind of field experience without the help of the Princeton in Africa Fellowship program who partner with organizations like Integrate Health across the continent. I am gaining a unique perspective that I can bring to future jobs in the development sector and when pursuing a Master's degree which makes me a competitive candidate for both.
