Boosting Business

The Collins College of Business received a $1.5 million gift from Paul and Kara Coury to enhance student innovation and opportunity. The funds will expand the JOLT lounge and create a new endowed scholarship for full-time business undergraduates.

Projects for Change

The local chapter of the Albert Schweitzer Fellowship welcomed four UTulsa students to its 2025-26 cohort. Some of their projects include addressing maternal mortality rates among minority groups and STEM engagement for young girls.

The Princeton Review and Entrepreneur magazine rank UTulsa’s entrepreneurship program as one of the best in North America and Europe for 2026. With its strong academics, dedicated mentorship and funding opportunities, the program is the only one in Oklahoma to make the list.

UTulsa jumped 47 spots in Military Times ‘Best for Vets’ 2025 college rankings. Through dedicated resources like the CaneCareers program and the McKee Veterans Success Center, UTulsa is committed to supporting veterans, active-duty and military-connected students.

UTulsa program gets nursing students into the community

When Taylor Dodd of Collinsville, Oklahoma, chose The University of Tulsa, it wasn’t solely about academics. Her motivation stemmed from rising to the occasion.
