Eccentric New Mexico Bowls
In the days between our two Open Studios  last month, the hotshop had to remain set up for demonstrating, so the crew couldn't make glass as usual. Instead, facing this unconventional situation, Josh decided to be even more unconventional than usual. The result: sculpted New Mexico bowls with iridescent and Corona glass interiors! (We really like how these sort of resemble the Elvis-y swoop of Josh's hair!)

This month's Infinity Project participant is Kim K. of Louisville, KY.
Kim plans to take her Planet to the Bernheim Arboretum & Research Forest in Clermont, KY. With over 40 miles of trails, this vast educational preserve is not only beautiful but also under threat from a pipeline cutting through. Kim plans to bring awareness to the forest's need for protection. Exactly how her Infinity Planet will accomplish this we're not sure, but we trust that she has some great ideas!
Josh on the Airwaves 
A reminder for our local friends: Josh will appear on "Mass Appeal" WWLP (Springfield), on Dec. 9 at 11 AM.
And a correction: Josh will be seen on New England Public Media's "Connecting Point" Dec 17 (NOT Dec 10 as previously announced), airing at 6 PM.
