Leaving HAVEN

After 13 years at the helm, Beth Morrison, President and CEO of HAVEN, will step down at the end of July. The Board has named Emily Matuszczak, LPC, Senior Director of Programs and Marianne Dwyer, Director of Business Operations, as co-interim CEOs effective August 1.

Morrison is relocating to Tucson, Arizona where she will be serving as the CEO of Our Family Services beginning on August 15th. With family ties to Arizona and great memories of having lived there a number of years ago, she and her husband are anxious to make their return.

Detroit Lions Recognized at 2016 Hopes & Dreams Gala

Oh, what a night! On May 6th, we celebrated our 41st year of serving victims of domestic and sexual violence and recognized an important community partner with our Heart of HAVEN Award - the Detroit Lions.

Teen Domestic Violence Support Group

HAVEN's Child Witness of Domestic Violence Support Group Teen Edition is designed for teenagers between the ages of 13-17 who have been exposed to domestic violence. This ongoing group is held on Thursdays from 4:45 - 6 pm. To find out if your teen would benefit from this group or to register today contact Erica Carulli at 248-334-1284 ext 398.
