WE ARE

BACK IN ACTION

IN PERSON CLASSES RESUME JUNE 1ST!
Hey Mama!
We cannot be more excited to announce our return to in-person classes. We know this has been a long awaited moment for many.
We are so thankful for everyone's support and love during this difficult time and ask for your continued patience as we begin the slow transition back outside. Classes will look quite a bit different for a while but we are committed to bringing you the absolute best quality while still maintaining all social distancing standards and taking every precaution necessary to protect the health and safety of our community.
While we are beginning to offer in person classes, we will also continue to offer virtual classes - to ensure that everyone gets something to meet their needs. Please read through this full email for all the information on what this transitional phase will look like. . .

What Will In Person Classes Look Like?

In order to maintain 6ft distancing and follow safety guidelines, there will be no traveling classes. All classes will revolve around a "home base".
When you arrive to class, the instructor will have cones set up 6ft apart. You will be directed to a cone, your "home base" for that class, where you can get yourself and your kiddos comfortable. You are welcome to bring a mat or blanket to set up, or keep kiddos nestled in your stroller.
If you are bringing "big kids" to class, please remind them ahead of time of social distancing standards. Big kids need to remain at your "home base" for the duration of class. Please come prepared with any items - games, toys, activities, SNACKS - that your children will need. If your child is consistently unable to follow guidelines and remain at your designated cone area you will be asked to leave class.

Classes will be limited to SIX moms. This will allow us to stay within these guidelines and easily manage all safety measurements. We will increase class size as regulations allow. *Please see "What Do I Need To Do" section for more information on how class size regulation will work.

What Safety Measures Are Being Taken?

No shared equipment
6ft distancing enforced at all times
No playdates or crafts
Hand sanitizer and cleansing wipes available before and after class
Instructors take/report temps 1 hour prior to teaching class
(must have temperate under 100.4 degress in order to teach)

So What's The Schedule?

For the time being we will be keeping our FULL virtual schedule.
That means Monday through Saturday, you can continue to get your sweat on with us right from the comfort of your own home.

Our in person schedule will be as follows . . .
Monday - Stroller Strides at 9am
Wednesday - Strides 360 at 9am

*Classes will be added to the schedule as circumstances allow.

What Do I Need To Do?

If you are not interested in attending in person classes at this time, nothing will change for you. Just keep enjoying your live and on demand sweat sessions!

In order to attend in-person classes, there are a few steps you need to be aware of. . .
1. In-person classes are considered an "add - on" to our schedule. To attend in person classes you need have an applicable membership or class pass. Please see "Membership Options" below to make sure you are set up with your plan or pass.

2. Classes will be limited to 6 moms (not including the instructor). Pre-enrollment in class is MANDATORY. If you do not enroll in class, you will not be allowed to attend. Enrollment will close 30 mins prior to class start time.

3. Due to limitations in class size we ask that you are mindful of the spot you are taking in class. If you are enrolled in class and find yourself unable to attend you MUST cancel your enrollment in class A MINIMUM OF 1 HOUR PRIOR TO CLASS TIME. This time frame will afford a mom on the waitlist enough time to prepare and attend class. Failure to cancel your enrollment in class will result in a fee.

4. If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, DO NOT ATTEND CLASS: fever (any temp above 100.4), cough, shortness of breath, body aches, sore throat, chills, or congestion.

5. Prior to attending any in person class, you must complete and sign the waiver / class agreement located HERE. You will not be able to attend class without a completed waiver / class agreement.

FAQs

Where will these classes take place? All classes will take place at Brushy Creek Sports Park

How will you ensure we are 6ft apart during class? Each instructor will mark out specific spots for each mama to stand. There is also a form/waiver all moms will be required to fill out prior to attending any in person class, agreeing to abide by these standards. View that HERE.

Will there be bathrooms on location? Yes, all bathrooms at the Sports Park are currently open and available for use.

What kind of equipment will we use? Classes may include the use of a mat, resistance band, and mini band. Nothing will be shared or lent. Both resistance bands and mini bands are available for purchase. Please contact kaitlynzolli@fit4mom.com to purchase any equipment.

When will I incur a late cancellation fee? If you are enrolled in class and do not cancel your enrollment a minimum of one hour before class start time, you will incur a late cancellation fee of $10. Similarly, if you do not cancel your enrollment in class at all, and do not show up to class, you will incur the same fee. Ten class pass members will forfeit a class credit for the spot your enrollment took up in class.

What if it's bad weather? Class will be cancelled in the event of bad weather. You will be able to attend the virtual class offering for that day. In the case of a class canceled by FIT4MOM Austin you will not incur a fee and will not forfeit a class credit.

What if I already have a class pass? If you have already purchased a 10 Class Pass or 20 Class Pass, you can continue using your current pass to attend in person classes. The 20 Class Pass will no longer be sold. If you previoulsy held this pass but its has ended, you may purchase a 10 Class Pass or opt to join with a membership. *See options above*

What if I am on a different membership plan? Any members who are currently on a once a week plan will be grandfathered in. Once a Week memberships will no longer be sold to new members. Once we are able to offer consistent outdoor space members on this plan will have the option to upgrade or purchase a class pass if desired. Any members with an Annual Membership will continue on their pre-paid plan. Once the plan ends, members will have the option to purchase at an annual rate once again or switch to one of the new monthly memberships.

Can I use my current monthly membership to attend in-person classes? At this time, previous unlimited monthly memberships are not considered applicable class passes. Please contact kaitlynzolli@fit4mom.com if you have a question on whether your current pass/plan can be used to attend in-person classes.

What if my membership is on hold? If you put your membership on hold during quarantine, you will be given the opportunity to choose one of our new plans and begin rejoining classes. You will be contacted on an individual basis to discuss options.

Can I just pay to drop in to class? Yes. You can also pay the drop in fee to attend class. All class enrollment rules still apply.

Is this the plan moving forward? New memberships will remain moving forward. Our class schedule/sizes are currently in place for June. We are making decisions on a month to month basis {or shorter term if necessary}. Ultimately the goal is to return to our full class schedule and offerings. However, we need to follow all government guidelines and protect the health and safety of all our mamas and babes.

Is there any chance you would continue virtual workouts once we have returned to our 100% in person class format/schedule?
If there is continued interest, TOTALLY!
