Time to register - classes begin August 20!

We are looking forward to working with you this semester in the Department of Public Administration. Below are the MPA and certificate courses offered, and some useful tips. If you have already registered, check in myTSU to make sure everything is all set and your registration is showing up properly.

If you need Ethics to complete your program this semester, please contact Dr. Stanley for a program override so you can register for the PRST 5100 Ethics course (part of the TN eCampus MPS curriculum).

Executive Leadership Certificate Courses available

Please contact Dr. Stanley at rstanley1@tnstate.edu if you have any questions about what course(s) you should take this semester for the Executive Leadership Certificate.

MPA-only Courses available

These courses are available only to students already admitted to the MPA program, or by permission of Dr. Stanley.

PADM 6490 & 6230: These two courses are hybrid, and while they both meet on Thursdays, other than the first night of class the courses will NOT conflict because we are coordinating the meeting schedule. Therefore, you MAY take both classes this semester if you would like to. You will need a schedule-time override to register for the second course once you sign up one of the pair, however - just email Dr. Stanley with your T-number and the course name that you need the override for, and he will let you know when you can finish registering. (The first night, go to whichever class you choose, after break we will ask you to switch and go meet the instructor for your other class.)
