Celebrate IUP Research Next Week

Get in the spirit of innovation! Research Appreciation Week kicks off Monday with virtual events that showcase original student and faculty research and creative work. Highlights include the Scholars Forum, Three-Minute Thesis competition, STEM Women’s Summit, and sessions on collaboration and preventing plagiarism.

In light of the George Floyd murder trial, the head of the Department of Public Safety and University Police has shared a message about the department’s commitment to anti-racism, anti-bias, and inclusion. 
Getting a mentor, improving résumés, learning to lead, and making the most of LinkedIn are among the topics of Career and Professional Development Center events that start next week.
Support survivors of sexual assault by creating a sign for the “What Would You Tell a Survivor?” campaign. Signs are due Friday, April 23, and will be used in a video. Students, faculty, staff, and administrators are encouraged to participate.
