An annual tradition, the c21 team kicked off the new year with a full day off site planning session. We started with a casual breakfast, welcomed Shayla back from maternity leave and eased into what would become a jam-packed day of brainstorming and goal setting.
Then it was down to business — a deep dive into last year’s marketing results, administrative updates and a forward-focused conversation about how we make 2026 even stronger. Think: big goals, bold ideas and smart strategies.
Several hours, countless snacks and one very full Post-it Wall Easel later, we wrapped a productive day with a well-earned happy hour.

Shariyah Marie Underwood arrived fashionably early in the morning on October 18. Nearly four months old, she’s already teething, laughing and talking up a storm - just like her mom! Safe to say, her sparkling personality is not surprising.

New year — new clients! c21 is excited to work with fascinating and new clients, Regenerate, International Dispute Management, Albany Westover CID, South Forsyth CID (rebranding to be announced soon). Our diverse portfolio has now expanded to include workforce energy management experts (oooooo), environmental mediation experts (aaaaaahhh), a brand-new Community Improvement District (ooohhh) and a soon-to-be rebranded Community Improvement District that may hold the key to metro Atlanta’s next entertainment destination (wooooowwww).
We are more than happy to provide our comprehensive menu of digital marketing and PR services to these clients to help them grow by assisting with media relations, brand awareness, website development, brand creation and more. True North 400 Sets Its Sights on 2026

Our client, True North 400, is ready for another year of growth, collaboration and community improvement. After a productive annual board retreat at Chateau Elan last month, where board members, staff and consultants heard from representatives from GDOT and MARTA, True North 400 then hosted its 14th annual Elected Officials Event at Oak Steakhouse at Avalon. Our team supported these annual events by creating a 2025 overview video, tracking RSVPs, creating name badges, ordering and delivering swag items and more. It’s been a busy start to the year but we’re looking forward to big successes for the CID in 2026 and beyond.

We love any excuse to celebrate our team, and this quarter we got to toast two of our favorites.
Valerie rang in another year on January 27. When she’s not keeping us organized and on track, she’s cooking, gardening, canning, fermenting — and maybe dancing and singing a little off-key for good measure.
Meghan followed on February 2, bringing her signature creativity and curiosity to the celebration… and she predicted six more weeks of winter! No wait, that was General Beauregard, but they share the same birthday spotlight. Outside of work, she’s an artist, true crime enthusiast and passionate advocate for plant-based living.
We’re lucky to have both of these amazing women on Team c21!
