Be on the lookout for the Summer issue of Clemson World hitting mailboxes this month! The Creativity Issue explores the many ways students, faculty and alumni are making, designing and performing. Whether it's in studios, classrooms, stages and galleries, their creative work connects across the state and nation.
- Ready, Set, Roar!, Clemson's two-day Orientation experience, continues this week as the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business and the College of Behavioral, Social and Health Sciences host students on main campus.

Matthew Koski, an associate professor in the Department of Biological Sciences, received a $1.2 million grant to lead an international effort to understand how flowers keep from overheating.

Nima Zafarmomen recently earned the J. Waldo Smith Hydraulic Fellowship for his innovative research in hydroinformatics and urban water systems, which could help improve infrastructure resilience against climate-related challenges.

- The next professional headshot day will be Wednesday, June 10, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 pm in the Phyfer Auditorium at The Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business. No appointment is needed to receive new or updated headshots.
