Impact Hometown

Each year, Master’s Men organizes outreach and service activities to impact the city where the convention meets. While we may unable to meet in Oklahoma City this year, we are encouraging Free Will Baptists everywhere to impact their hometown. Dr. Eddie Moody will briefly interview Master’s Men Director Ken Akers on the NAFWB Facebook page tonight at 7:00 PM CST to discuss this event. 2020 Convention Business

Have you been wondering what the business sessions of the online convention will look like? Watch Facebook Live Tuesday, June 2, 7:00 PM CST, as Moderator Tim York describes what you can do to participate in this year’s business decisions.

NAFWB SWOT Analysis

What should Free Will Baptists focus on in the future? Denominational leadership has been engaged in a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) for the denomination to develop The 2030 Plan. Thank You to WNAC

Alejandro arrived in Spain on May 13, 2020. He had a wonderful “uneventful” flight, and his luggage arrived with him. Along the way, nobody asked him how he felt, checked his temperature, or had any problems with his paperwork for entering Spain. We are SO thankful!!!

Due to COVID-19, Tim had to go to the airport alone to pick him up and could not go inside. Another thing the authorities suggest here in Spain is one person per row of the car, so Alejandro sat in the back seat. (Now that’s social distancing, RIGHT?)

We went through his suitcases with him and it felt like Christmas morning. Chick-fil-a sauce, Celestial Seasonings tea, maple flavoring, cake mixes, and some beautiful new sheets for our bed! WOW! You (and all the WNAC ladies) really outdid yourselves. They are perfect and we will sleep on them tonight. Thank you so much!!!

The International Association of Free Will Baptists has asked all Free Will Baptists to spend time June 14 praying for people throughout the world impacted by COVID-19. The virus is just beginning to accelerate in Latin America and South America.
