RGT Investments, LLC and Chicken Little Real Estate, LLC (“CLRE”), two Memphis, Tennessee based real estate investment companies, have completed the sale leaseback of 20 KFC properties in Ohio to Terraza 7, LLC. Auspex Capital acted as the placement advisor to CLRE for this transaction.
