The Digital Millennium Copyright Act triennial rulemaking cycle has kicked off again. ARL and ALA (the Library Copyright Alliance), together with the American Foundation for the Blind and American Council of the Blind, are petitioning for a new exemption that would allow libraries and other public entities to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act Title II regulations for digital content.
