Regalia Pick-Up

Regalia pick-up begins on Thursday, May 16 at the Countway Library COOP. Visit the COOP on the days and times below to pick up your regalia for Convocation and Commencement. We suggest visiting early so that you can hang your regalia and smooth out any wrinkles!

Print Your GradPass (Yes, Print!)

Your GradPass includes a unique QR code that is used to display and read your name at Convocation. If you want your guests to hear your name at the ceremony, you need to print your GradPass!

Log in to the Ceremony Registration website and select “Print GradPass” before you arrive at the Reggie Lewis Center. You will need your printed GradPass (not electronic) to cross the stage.

Last Call for Photos and Gradvice

Submit your photos from your Harvard Chan experience to be featured at the ceremonyor share your Gradvice for future students. The submission deadline has been extended to Wednesday, May 15. Share your photos and Gradvice here.

9:00 AM: ticketed general admission guest seating opens
11:00 AM: Ceremony begins
Reception to immediately follow

Harvard University Commencement Morning Exercises – Thursday, May 23, 2024

6:45 AM: ticketed general admission guest seating opens
7:00 AM: graduate arrival on Quincy Street (look for the Harvard Chan flag)
7:20 AM: Harvard Chan procession begins
9:30 AM: Commencement Exercises called to order
