Movies On Demand With On Demand, you can choose from a variety of movies within a large library. Then start watching when it works for you.

How to use Movies on Demand:
  1. Just press the On Demand button on your remote. (If that feature isn't activated on your remote, press your remote's Menu button. Next arrow down to On Demand and then arrow to the right. Highlight Library and press OK.)

  2. Select the category you're interested in exploring. Highlight the movie you'd like to watch. The movie title, price, rental period, description, rating and length will be shown.

  3. To preview a trailer for the movie, select Preview and press the OK button on your remote.

  4. To watch the movie, select Rent and press the OK button on your remote. The purchase information screen will appear containing the movie's title and price. The purchase screen also will allow you to share the event with the rest of your Whole Home DVR Group. Enter your Purchase PIN, which is defaulted to 0000 until you change it. Select Rent and press the OK button on your remote.

  5. Your movie should begin playing immediately. Most movies will allow you to view your rental at anytime within two days. The charge for your On Demand movie rental will appear on your next Alliance bill.

In Case You Haven't Heard – HD Channels Are Now Included In Your Digital Cable Lineup

HD Channels We have some good news regarding high definition channels! HD channels are now included within the Limited, Basic and Elite Choice packages for no additional charge. 



If you subscribe to the Basic Choice package, for example, you can now view ESPN on Standard Definition Channel 22 and HD Channel 322. In another example, Elite Choice subscribers will be able to watch Disney Junior on Standard Definition Channel 49 and HD Channel 349.



If you had been purchasing the HD channels as a separate a la carte package, the $8/month charge has been removed from your Alliance bill. You can download a new channel lineup here.



*A set-top box or DVR is needed to receive high-definition programming.
