For the first time since 2019, screenwriters and mentors were able to meet in person to discuss their scripts, gain invaluable insights into the filmmaking process from industry professionals, and mingle with HIFF supporters.

We are delighted to announce that 2022 Fellow Farida Zahran is the 2022 recipient of support from the Melissa Mathison Fund.
