Yellow Cab Holdings New Jersey LLC and Yellow Cab Holdings Pennsylvania LLC, collectively (“Yellow Cab”), has obtained $16,500,000 in financing, including a $12,500,000 term loan and a $4,000,000 development/remodel line of credit. The funds were used to acquire fourteen Wendy’s restaurants in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and provide capital to remodel its facilities and develop new restaurants.
