CHECK YOUR REGISTRATION WINDOWS IN DUKEHUB

Confirm your registration window (Enrollment Appointments in DukeHub).  Navigate to Enrollment Dates under the Enrollment menu item in DukeHub.   For undergraduate students, registration windows (Enrollment Appointments) correspond to your expected graduation term and the last two digits of your student id number (this is the number in DukeHub, not your Duke Unique ID number).

DO YOU HAVE HOLDS ON YOUR ACCOUNT?

If you have registration holds on your account, you will not be able to register when your registration window opens.  Holds which prevent registration include the following:
  • Undergraduate students, incoming nursing students and students in some Divinity programs must be marked as eligible to enroll by their advisor or program.  Allow sufficient time to connect with your advisor before your registration window opens.
  • A bursar hold can only be removed by the Bursar's Office.
  • The Student Verification of Data hold can be cleared by following the instructions found hereA prior email notification about this hold can be found here (sent January 31, 2024).
Any of these holds prevent registration and must be cleared before you can register for classes.
All registration times follow the Eastern Time Zone.
