SUMMER MISSIONS 2018
This year’s High School Summer Mission Trip is with Revive225 in Baton Rouge, LA! There, we will work with them to help improve the living conditions of residents in a community still in disaster recovery.
Deadline to register is April 4, 2018 (or when all spots are filled). This deadline is required to provide final counts and secure transportation.
​Dates: June 3 – 9, 2018
Location: Baton Rouge, LA
Cost: $475 (Save $25.00 if registered by March 14th)
  • $100 Non-Refundable Deposit is due at the time of registration to hold your spot. Final Payment due by April 4, 2018.
  • Important forms needing to be downloaded, filled out, and/or notarized, are due along with Final Payments on April 4.)
This year’s Middle School Summer Mission Trip is with ReCreation Experiences in Asheville, NC! There, we will work with them to help improve the living conditions of residents in rural communities.

We're inviting High Schoolers from all over to come and have food and fun, and engage with God and each other. Spring Fling will be an event not to be missed!

MERGE
Monday - Game Day (with Laser Tag!)
Come have some fun right here on our campus! We’ll have Food, a Game Truck, Laser Tag (along with other fun activities), and a Movie!

MIDDLE SCHOOL
Wednesday – Beach Day
We’re heading to Cocoa Beach! Spend a day in the sun and waves. Play a game of volleyball or football, or just work on that tan. I hear Brandon likes to build “sand couches”!
  • Wednesday, March 21st | 9am – 5pm
  • Cost: $15 (Bring money for lunch)
  • Deadline to Register is March 11th.

Friday – Disney Springs
Let’s spend the day at Disney Springs! We’ll grab lunch at Blaze Pizza, maybe a cupcake (or two) at Sprinkles. You can do some shopping at World of Disney if you want, or build something at the Lego Store. Then we’ll catch an afternoon movie together.
  • Friday, March 23rd | 9am – 5pm
  • Cost: $15 (Bring money for lunch at Blaze and for any shopping you may want to do)
  • Pick-Up and Drop-Off at Disney Springs
  • Deadline to Register is March 11th.



HIGH SCHOOL

Thursday – SAK Comedy Lab
Let’s head downtown for the night! We will grab dinner, and then go laugh until it hurts at SAK Comedy Lab. Thursday Night Throw Down is a new show there and it’s going to be good!

  • Cost: $15 (Bring money for dinner)
  • Deadline to Register is March 11th.
Mark your calendars! Our Youth Spring Lock-In will be on April 27 – 28, an overnight event full of fun and walking in the light!

SUMMER CAMP AT WARREN WILLIS
Warren Willis Camp Week
The camping ministry of the Florida Conference of the United Methodist Church has a  long tradition of Christ-centered camping experiences that transform the lives of young people. This ministry has centered around the Warren  W. Willis Camp facilities in Fruitland Park. Learn more at warrenwilliscamp.org.
St. Luke's Week at Camp this summer will be June 25-30. Registration is open on the Warren Willis website now. Register now before all the spots are filled.

EXCITING CHANGES HAVE BEGUN
Renovations to the former Fellowship Hall have begun to make it into a Youth Center for our youth group to expand our reach to students. The Youth Center will have a new Game Room Cafe, and refurbished Kitchen as well as the large worship/ministry space.
Building A entrance will also be renovated. Thank you so much to those who donated so generously to the COMMIT Campaign to make this possible. If you have not had a chance to join in or would like add to your gift, contact the Finance office at 407.876.4991 ext. 227, or visit st.lukes.org/give to give your gift online.
We are looking forward to the great ministry that will happen in our newly renovated space when it is complete!
