Hotel Rooms Available

The Sheraton Birmingham Hotel has made some additional rooms available to attendees for the National Convention block.

Know Your Community

Sixty-one churches have taken advantage of the Know Your Community report. The Executive Office is offering the report through a partnership with Church Answers.

The report offers demographic and psychographic information regarding the community surrounding your church, and you can choose from a 5,10,15 or 20 minute drive from your church. Each report is $100. Email questions@nafwb.org for more information.

July-September Issue of Treasure

The 3rd quarter issue of Treasure magazine is available, following the 2022 theme of "When God Intervenes" and featuring the Bible studies "Terminal to Triumphant," "Reviled to Redeemed," and "Victim to Victor." The issue also features a preview of the WNAC events at the 2022 National Convention as well as other columns and articles.

New Blog: "No Regrets"

“No regrets” is a phrase that shows up often on social media. The idea behind the axiom is you choose to live the life the way you choose. But how closely is that reflected in reality? Can we really live our lives how we want? Or, is there a gap between what we want from life and how we live our life?

Prayer and Praise & Feature Fridays

Like and Follow the Free Will Baptist North American Ministries Facebook page for their weekly "Prayer and Praise" reports from church planters, chaplains, and other ministries.

They also post "Feature Friday," highlighting a church planting family and ministry each week. You can learn more about these families as well as how you can partner with them in financial support.

"Called to Support Missions"

IM has kicked off a new video series, "Called to Support MIssions with Sam and Jane Johnson." General Director Clint Morgan visited with the couple to discuss how they stay so connected.

The Johnson tell how they use a variety of IM resources to stay informed about missions and know to faithfully pray for the missionaries, ministries, and even support staff. You can read the full interview in ONE Magazine here.

Welch Unveils M.A. in Humanities

This summer the inaugural class of the Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Humanities will begin their studies at Welch College, according to Dr. Matthew McAffee, Welch’s Provost.

The 33-semester-hour graduate degree is especially suitable for those who wish to continue to a Ph.D. in one of the humanities fields (e.g., English, history, philosophy, politics, the arts, law, and theology) or obtain a credential as a community college teacher in the humanities.

What Are Endowments?

Endowments are funds managed by the Foundation for various Free Will Baptist ministries. The earnings on these funds are "harvested" every six months and given to the selected ministries. The original gift will continue to grow and is never be consumed. Even a small gift grows over time. You can continue to support the ministries you love long after you have passed until our Lord returns through an endowment gift.
