Our priority remains an effective and engaging academic learning environment, guided by the ongoing safety and well-being of our community. For the past 18 months, we have navigated a global pandemic that continues to impact our health, our emotional well-being and our well-laid plans. Through these history-making months, what has remained unchanged is our mission and the inspiring power of community that unifies Horned Frogs.
I don’t expect this year will be without challenges, but I know that we will treat one another with the respect and integrity that guides our actions in good times and also when we are called upon to solve complex challenges. My nearly 19 years as a Horned Frog tells me this is true.
As we begin our new academic year, I ask each of you to be a force for the greater good and work to create beautiful new moments in TCU’s history. Our focus this year is on TCU’s Connection Culture and the powerful Community of which we are all a part. And the biggest celebration of all is in progress as we Countdown to our Sesquicentennial and look forward to the next 150 years for TCU.
Welcome home and go Frogs!
