Bhasin Holdings, an Orefield, Pennsylvania-based Taco Bell franchisee owned and operated by long-time industry veteran David Bhasin, has sold a majority ownership stake in his six-unit Taco Bell business and three properties underlying the restaurants to JS Holdings, LLC (“JSH”) and affiliates. In aggregate, the transaction is valued at $22,500,000. The restaurants are located in central Pennsylvania. David Bhasin, in conjunction with majority owners Jay Sidhu and Brian Takagi, will own and operate the newly formed business. Auspex Capital acted as the sell-side M&A advisor to Bhasin Holdings for this transaction.
