Dear Students,
As we head into the home stretch of the semester, I have three quick, but important things for you to know:
1. We are so excited to celebrate with you as you finish this semester and you are SO close! With LDOC, graduation, and summer plans just around the corner, we’re looking forward to celebrating with you and reminding you just how far you’ve come this year.
2. We know you have a lot to do between now and then, but as you balance these end-of-semester demands, be sure to set aside some time to prioritize yourself and your well-being. Good sleep, breaks to move your body, and real food are all essential to help fuel you through these last few weeks. Setting aside the time always feels challenging, but it really does make a difference.

3. You have so many people who see you, who believe in you, and who are here for you. Remember that you can tap into any of Duke’s student support services and resources as you need them. Many of these resources are listed at the end of this e-mail, just so you have them in one place.

And one last thing, if you’ll permit me to add a fourth: don’t forget to find a little fun and laughter or a moment of joy in your day. I know it’s hard and sometimes you do have to be intentional to seek it out, but those small moments can give you the lift you need to take on the big things in the weeks ahead.
You’ve got this,
Libby Skiles
