NATA is Support
Your dues investment with NATA helped us establish one of the most significant programs in our history: ATs Care. Through the ATs Care Commission, the ATs Care peer-support network is helping athletic trainers and athletic training students in times of need. The program was created in 2016 to provide support to athletic trainers in the aftermath of a critical incident. In 2019 alone, more than 14,000 ATs and students received ATs Care services.

NATA is Advocacy
The NATA Government Affairs Department is dedicated to advocacy for the profession at both the
federal and
state levels. They provide a wide range of services and resources to individual members and state leaders, including state practice act consultation, advocacy campaigns utilizing legislative advocacy software, statutory research, informational webinars, a template library with sample resolutions and letters, numerous guides on best practices and much more.

NATA has professional interest groups that are specific to your job setting, career phase or other professional interests. These groups offer resources relevant to your needs and different forums for connecting with peers in similar circumstances. NATA COVID-19 Resources
The NATA Board of Directors, committee leaders and staff leapt into action to help create and share resources in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, all to assist the athletic training practice and overall health and safety. There are more than 50 resources available currently, from videos, documents and infographics to checklists and more. You can find all of them on NATA’s COVID-19 resource page.
