| Need Market Livestock points for the fair? |
We are pleased to welcome guest speaker Mike Yahr, who will present on Fair Animal Nutrition and Care. Mike brings valuable experience and encourages youth to ask questions about their own livestock projects. This workshop will also include a hands-on learning activity, where participants will create their own feed rations after learning the basics of feeding market livestock. It’s a fun and practical way to apply what they learn right away!
When: Thursday, June 25 at 5:00 PM
Where: Fond du Lac County Campus (FCC), 400 University Dr., Room 205/206
Registration is required by June 22 at https://forms.gle/nNqQWeAA8MrxQN9G6 so we can plan materials for the hands-on activity.
Bonus: Youth who attend can earn 2 points toward selling eligibility if they still need points.
