Simpson Glass is temporarily closed. Josh is alone in the hotshop, happy to be  making work the way he did in the 1970s.  Home-based office staff will gladly respond to your email queries. We'd be delighted to have you purchase glass and will ship your choice as soon as we can. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
Art in the Time of Corona
Imagine naming one of your signature works after a deadly virus! Brilliant Josh!
Decades ago, Josh formulated a new type of glass that he named "Corona" for its swirling colors that reminded him of our Sun's corona. And weeks ago, long before coronavirus became a thing, Josh created new and larger Planets from this special glass, with patterns and colors more vibrant than ever.
We have been hesitant to show this work, with its suddenly ill-fated name. But we think art is important... so here goes. These Corona Planets are beautiful - something we need more of in our lives right now!

The Infinity Planet this month goes to Michael Greville, who plans to do something creative with it at Niagara Falls.
