COVID-19 Policies and Procedures for Students Coming to Campus

Expectations and Responsibilities
After you have read the Policies and Procedures, please print and sign the attached Expectations and Responsibilities and bring it with you for your child’s visit later this week.
COVID-19 Prescreening Survey
Prior to coming to campus for a school day (ECE) or a school visit (K-8), all parents must first prescreen their children for signs or symptoms of COVID-19 before 8:00 AM. Parental prescreen will take place through RenWeb/FACTS. Instructions and tutorials are attached here.
Daily Health Screening on Campus
All individuals entering campus are to be masked, screened, and will wash or sanitize their hands upon entering the facilities. When you arrive with your child, we ask that you wait with them until your child has been screened for school entry. Here’s a quick video of the procedure.
