Clemson University’s Class of 1976 recently presented a gift honoring both the University’s heritage and its future as the nation approaches its 250th anniversary. The gift supports the newly established Class of 1976 Golden Anniversary Scholarship Endowment and the installation of a new flagpole at the Nieri Family Alumni and Visitors Center.

Shantae Foreman won the Women's Triple Jump at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships this weekend. With her win, she set a school record and became a First Team All-American.

Andrew Pyle, Ph.D., has been named an associate dean in the Division of Undergraduate Learning. Pyle, a distinguished member of Clemson’s faculty since 2014, assumes his new role on July 1.

Assistant professor Pierce Greenberg spent months traveling across South Carolina, conducting spatial analyses and assessing air-quality uncertainty in rural communities through the installation of air sensors. The data from these sensors can help spot patterns and protect communities from potential risk.

Clemson University will host the Brook T. Smith Launchpad High School Entrepreneurship Camp, an immersive residential experience designed for motivated students interested in innovation, leadership, creativity and entrepreneurship. The camp runs from July 20-24, with registration open to rising high school juniors and seniors.
