Academy Talks Careers on WQED

Pittsburgh PBS station WQED recently featured the IUP Academy of Culinary Arts in its Future Jobs web video series. Hear chef instructor Thomas Barnes and culinary student Emily Shaffer discuss the field’s opportunities and appeal.
The American College Personnel Association recognized Mimi Benjamin, Department of Student Affairs in Higher Education, and Angela Delfine Mechler, a 2019 program graduate, with its 2022 Annuit Coeptis Award for their contributions to the field. Benjamin was one of three senior professionals and Mechler one of five emerging professionals honored.
