New TAs are required to attend the Mar. 6 training from 8 – 9 a.m. in Engelmann Hall (ENG) B73 where we will build community with other TAs, review strategies to foster student development and learning, go over Canvas audio/video tools, and course assignment wrappers. In addition, resources for supporting struggling students, preparing for mid-terms, and work-life balance will be shared.

Join our monthly hybrid professional development community on Friday, March 13 from 12–1 p.m. designed exclusively for teaching assistants! Sessions are offered in person and online for maximum flexibility. Whether you’re looking for advice, new ideas, or just a sense of community, this is your space to learn and grow.

- Peer Problem-Solving: Bring your challenges and questions to a supportive group of colleagues who understand your role. Together, we’ll brainstorm practical solutions.

All textbook and course technology need requests for Summer 2026 are due by March 23. Fall 2026 requests are due by April 6. Completing submissions on time ensures materials are available for students and supports a smooth start to the term.
