The U.S. Air Force Academy Association & Foundation has recently learned of the death of Mr. Richard B. Mintz, CS-18, Class of 1976. Mr. Mintz passed away on May 30, 2026, in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

In keeping with Richard's wishes, no funeral will be held. His ashes will be scattered next month around Quartermaster Harbor, where he spent many happy hours when he lived on Vashon Island.
