Katalyst, our new IT ticketing system, is a significant part of improving technology support and processes for the university. This project will provide the university with a streamlined, user-friendly experience when submitting a technology request or incident. Katalyst will be available at the end of June. In the meantime, I am excited to share the below sneak peek of the new Katalyst experience.
