A team of Clemson students was recently named the winner of the 2026 48HR REPACK Student Design Competition, an international competition that challenges students to solve real-world packaging problems for industry partners. The team was guided by lecturer Haley Appleby in the Department of Food, Nutrition and Packaging Sciences.
Clemson University’s community of alumni, parents, faculty, staff, students and friends contributed over $202 million during the 2026 fiscal year, which ended June 30. The achievement marks the sixth consecutive year Clemson has surpassed $200 million in fundraising.

Celebrate National Blue Cheese Dressing Day today with Clemson University Blue Cheese, crafted on campus at the Clemson University Creamery. Clemson was recently invited to an Association of Public and Land-Grant Universities’ (APLU) “Scoops of Science” event in Washington, D.C., highlighting an 85-year-old award-winning tradition.
