NEW Charter Application
This new version of the 4-H Charter Application has been converted into an online format making the process easier. With just a few clicks and no signatures needed, you can complete the online form in less than 15 minutes! Ask your club or group leader how you can work together to plan for the 4-H year!
As a reminder, the 4-H Charter indicates that a 4-H Club or Group is organized in accordance with the objectives of the Wisconsin 4-H program. The University of Wisconsin-Madison, Division of Extension grants 4-H Charters which formally authorizes a Wisconsin 4-H Club or Group to use the 4-H Name and Emblem for educational purposes.
Wisconsin 4-H Clubs and Groups Charter Applications are submitted online and due by November 1, 2021. If you have questions, please contact Tracy Keifenheim.

Traditional Record Books Return for 2020-2021 The Awards and Recognition committee voted to return to having traditional record books this year and celebrating youth's awards and achievements in October at the County Achievement night on October 18. The committee is going to look into having alternative options for the 2021-2022 4-H year. If you would like to be part of this discussion or have ideas to share, please contact Tracy Keifeheim. As 2020-2021 was not a typical year, please have youth share as much as they can in their books! The committee is looking forward to reading how youth were creative, persistent, and innovative! Please remember the club determines the due date at the club level, and books being submitted for county-level awards are due Sept 10, 2021!
Record books are optional but highly encouraged. In order to be eligible for county awards, a record book must be submitted!
