This Global Accessibility Awareness Day, join the Mayor’s Office on Disability for a webinar titled "First Person: A conversation about websites and the disability experience." Global Accessibility Awareness Day aims to "disrupt the culture of technology and digital product development to include accessibility as a core requirement."
A panel of persons with disabilities will chat about:
- How they use and navigate the web
- How their assistive technologies work
- What digital barriers they encounter

Write at 5th grade reading level or below
Readability scores tell you how easy or difficult it is to read something. You should write at 5th grade reading level or below if your content:
For SF.gov content, we use the Hemingway Editor to determine “grade level." This “grade level” reflects the lowest education needed to understand that text.
