Parking Permit Purchase & Registration

Plan to park on campus during the semester? Purchase a spring parking permit in myGateway (by adding the parking permit fee after clicking through the class registration screens) or at the Bursar's Office on the 1st floor of the Student Center.

Once you've purchased your permit, use the Cypress College Online Parking Permit Vehicle Registration Management System to activate and add all vehicles you may park on campus to your semester permit.

Note: You must have already purchased a semester parking permit to access and use the vehicle registration management system. After purchasing your permit, access may be delayed by up to one (1) business day while the system updates your parking payment information.

Activate My Permit & Add My Vehicles

View the Parking Permit System Guide.

Activate your permit and add your vehicles in the system by Friday, February 6, to have your spring parking permit mailed to your address on file. If you do not receive a mailed permit by February 18, please visit the Campus Safety Office on the 1st floor of the Business Building facing Lot 1.

Permits registered on or after Saturday, February 7, will need to be picked up at the Campus Safety Office.

Ride OC Bus With Wave by OCTA!

The Charger Bus Pass (paid for through a nominal mandatory fee upon registration) provides students with an unlimited-ride pass for OC Bus fixed local routes valid throughout the semester through the college's partnership with the OC Transit Authority.

OCTA has launched its new Wave app that makes riding OC Bus faster and easier. Simply:

Download the Wave by OCTA mobile app on the iOS App Store or Android Play Store.
Create an account with your Cypress College preferred email address (the email address you receive official college communications at), then create your virtual card.
Link your school. Under "Card Options," select "Institutions."
Look for Cypress College and the current semester with your enrollment status (full-time vs. part-time), then click "Link Institution."
Return to"Card Options," then select "Passes." Your Charger Bus Pass should be displayed. Click "Order Now."
