NEPHROLOGIST
"Teaching medical students and residents has always been fun. It gives me the opportunity to share knowledge and clinical skills with them. On the other hand, teaching medical students and residents helps me to learn from their experiences and perspectives. Seeing residents growing into competent and confident practitioners is very rewarding.
In my spare time, I love to explore the world. Travelling allows me to meet new people, exposes me to different cultures and gives me educational experiences plus I consider it a great stress relief."
|
| |
|
| PGY-2 Categorical Resident
"I was drawn to a career in medicine for the opportunity to be an integral part of a patient's journey, along with the ability to support them and their families. I find great fulfillment in connecting with their unique stories and understanding their lives beyond the confines of health care.
Residency has been an incredibly rewarding experience, primarily due to the supportive faculty, the protected learning environment, and the numerous opportunities for growth and exploration. The camaraderie among residents is both inspiring and motivating, fostering a culture where everyone is eager to help each other and encourage personal and professional development.
During my free time, I enjoy poetry and gardening, which allow me to unwind and find peace in nature. I also enjoy practicing origami and preparing traditional meals, reconnecting me with my roots."
