Quarter 4 Reports

We are in the last quarter of 2024 contracts, so you should be wrapping up projects. Quarter 4 Reporting is due January 31, 2025: Alchemer Report is accumulative so you will report on activities that your agency completed from January 1, 2024 - December 31, 2024. If you need assistance with the link, please reach out to your contract administrator.

Thanks to everyone for getting the 2025 negotiations completed in time! We look forward to further progress with agencies who selected AWB next year. For agencies who selected other objectives, you are welcome to utilize resources from UW-Extension.

Funding Opportunity

The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Public Health (DPH), is providing funding to support local education agencies (LEA) in implementing sexual and reproductive health programs for youth during the school day. Awarded organizations will collaborate with their staff and DHS to choose evidence-based sexuality education programs that address their school's needs. For more details, click the button below.

Anticipated award amounts: $10,000–$50,000 annually

Anticipated Project Dates: January 1–June 30, 2025

YRBS 2025 Registration Now Open

The Department of Public Instruction (DPI) is excited to announce registration for the 2025 Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS) is now open! Schools with students in any grades between 6-12 are encouraged to participate in this important data collection. The registration form and related information can be found on the Conducting A YRBS webpage.

Student surveys can be conducted from January 6 to June 13, 2025.
Registration is open until February 17, with possible extensions.
Schools are encouraged to collaborate with local health departments, CESAs, and other local stakeholders who can help coordinate local data collection efforts. Authorized external staff, such as local health department staff, may register on behalf of a school.

This data will allow DPI to better serve our state’s highest need students and inform health-related policy initiatives at the state and local levels. As such, DPI is encouraging you to sign up for the upcoming 2025 data collection cycle so we can continue our work to identify the biggest challenges impacting our students.

B3 Study

The B3 study investigates how adolescents' brains develop, the impact of social media on their well-being, and the health behaviors they share online. They are currently seeking participants who are 13 to 15 years old, live in Wisconsin, and speak/read English. Learn more about this important research and how you can get involved here.
