| Campers, Trailers and RVsThe beautiful weather has the neighborhoods busy with folks getting ready for weekend getaways, yard work and play! We want to take this opportunity to remind everyone that residents of Ken-Caryl Ranch may park a boat, camper or RV/trailer in their driveway for two nonconsecutive days during a seven-day period. These two days are intended for the loading and unloading of the vehicle. Please consider your neighbors when parking your RV or trailer to avoid obstructing parking for the rest of the street or anyone else’s property. One of the most common complaints the HOA gets is in regard to trailer parking. See the Parking Rules for details.
