Grove Garden Work Parties: Lend a hand in the garden and be in community with summer activities like movie nights, political education reading groups, shared meals, and more.

The Buzz About Bees Opening Weekend Celebration: Come discover the vast variety of Oregon’s bees and learn about bee behavior while enjoying family-friendly activities. Friday will feature a reception with light appetizers and refreshments. Free for students.
Friday, July 10, 6:00–7:30 p.m.; Saturday–Sunday, July 11–12, 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Museum of Natural and Cultural History - Oregon Bach Festival: Check out the world-class performances and artist talks. Events are either $5 for students or free.

Crafts in the Courtyard: Spend an evening creating a new bee-themed keepsake each week.

Axé Samba Festival: In this free festival, samba bands will provide the perfect vibes for summer. Also, have some delicious food and try out hands-on drum workshops.

Outdoor gear and bike rentals: Your summer adventures begin at the Outdoor Program. Rent necessary equipment at a low cost, with deals exclusive to students. Summer hours at the Rental Barn are Monday–Friday, 10:15 a.m.–3:00 p.m. and at the Bike Shop are Monday–Wednesday, 10:15 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

Rec Center: Take advantage of the air conditioning and the many spaces to work out, take a class, or pick up a new activity in your spare time.
