Chastain Named EVP for Administration and Finance

Tricia Chastain has been selected as Georgia Tech’s next executive vice president for Administration and Finance and chief business officer. Chastain brings more than 23 years of leadership experience in higher education and government across Georgia and will begin in her new role on May 19.

USG Conducts Unified ERP Survey
|
In collaboration with the USG, Georgia Tech's Unified ERP Project Team recently sent a Change Capacity Assessement survey to campus stakeholders. The survey, which is open to all users of Workday and OneUSG Connect, aims to gather insights from all USG institutions on readiness and requirements for the upcoming implementation of the Unified ERP system.
The deadline to complete the survey is Friday, April 25.

| PI Article: Advance Project Numbers
|
There are often situations where the initiation of a pending award may occur after the start date of the period of performance, or you require 90-day pre-award time to prepare for the work to purchase equipment (or other pre award tasks) to be ready to work on the start date.
To avoid the need for cost transfers (which present red flags to our auditors), an “advance project number” (APN) can be used.
