UP Gate Reservation Restrictions to Seattle
Dear Valued Customer,
Due to the extreme lack of available 40/45 foot chassis in Seattle, the Union Pacific has eliminated almost all gate reservations for XPO/CMA 40/45s effective immediately in the following lanes.
- Memphis/Marion to SEA
- DUPO/St. Louis to SEA
- Kansas City to SEA
- Los Angeles/LATC to SEA
- Chicago to Portland
- Chicago to SEA
Due to significantly limited availability we can assign to earliest available GR once all required information is provided.
Further all street turns from LATC to Seattle are restricted at this time.
This will remain until October 1st at which time the situation will be re-evaluated.
As a reminder if you or your carriers have any TRAC chassis on the street in Seattle, please expedite their return.
