Brebeuf Jesuit's Honors Biotech CSI Event is underway!
Ms. Annee's Honors Biotechnology classes are solving crime! A student committee created a fictional murder scenario, staged a crime scene, and developed labs for their classmates to analyze evidence. Faculty and staff volunteers are serving as the suspects in the murder case. Student-investigators will solve the crime, and a student police officer will "arrest" the "guilty" suspect - complete with Miranda rights, a confession, and an escort off the premises.

CONSERVATION CLUB E-WASTE DRIVE TOMORROW
Conservation Club's E-Waste drive will take place tomorrow, Friday, May 14, from 7:45 to 9:00 a.m. in the east parking lot by the soccer fields. This is a great opportunity to clean out your basement, garage, closets and attic, and to safely and responsibly recycle your old electronics.
If it runs - or used to run - with a plug or a battery, you can recycle it! A small donation would be greatly appreciated to help offset Conservation Club's expenses for hosting the event through RecycleForce; a $25 donation for TVs and monitors, $25 for floor and projector TVs, and $20 for refrigerators and air conditioners is requested. You may check RecycleForce’s website for more information on acceptable appliances.

The Asia Festival will start at 4:00 p.m. in the café with the Movie Night following at 6:00 p.m. in the Efroymson Auditorium. During the festival, members of the club will sell different cultural foods and present unique aspects of different countries. Be sure not to miss it! BREBEUF JESUIT ARROW STORY OF THE WEEK
Brebeuf Clubs Discuss Morality and Politics Regarding Abortion
Written by Caroline Donahue '23 News and Features Editor
Access to abortion has been a topic both widely criticized and supported by members of our nation for years. Roe v. Wade deemed abortion constitutionally protected in 1973, therefore legal in all U.S states, but since the decision, pro-life groups have emerged to advocate against that ruling. One branch has even reached Brebeuf Jesuit to create the “Right to Life Club.” The group sat down on April 28 with the Brebeuf Young Democrats club and Young Republicans to discuss opinions, arguments, and the general morality of abortion.
