Ranch House Renovation: What to Expect This Winter |
Details about the Renovation were discussed at November’s Board meeting. You can read the full report by clicking here. Please see below for some important highlights and stay tuned for the upcoming board report, which will have additional updates.
Roofing Project and Pool Area Access
From December 1 through January 1, the lap lanes and hot tubs will be closed Monday–Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. while roofing work is underway.
Open Hours for Lap Lanes & Hot Tubs
• Monday–Friday: 6–7:30 a.m. and 4:30–8 p.m.
• Saturday & Sunday: 8 a.m.–8 p.m.
Over the next few weeks, we may experience brief, intermittent hot tub outages while essential maintenance is completed. We will ensure that at least one hot tub remains available at all times.
Project Delays
As first discussed at the October Board meeting, our building permit took longer than anticipated. Although we completed all design stages and submitted our permit application on schedule, the Town of Carbondale has been experiencing processing delays. As a result, we now expect a delay in our spring reopening. For the most up-to-date information, please refer to the latest Renovation Reports which are presented at each board meeting.

The correct answer was eight—no Rudolph in this classic tale!
Congratulations to our lucky winner, Justice Wofford! All correct entries were entered into a drawing for a fun surprise.
