Important Update: New Transfers of Expense Tool
|
The new Transfers of Expense (TOE) module is expected to go live in September. Some PGM users may receive earlier access to begin moving transactions for sponsored awards. More information and guidance to follow.

Guidance on Sponsored Award Setup Delay |
Business Officers and Research Financial Analysts received an email with guidance on temporary funding solutions for awards that do not have a chartstring available yet. Please continue to assist your faculty so that research teams can continue work without unnecessary delays.

New office hours topics have recently been added, including a weekly Concur office hours. Also, please be advised that next week will be the last Monday session for CCOA office hours; these will only occur on Tuesdays for the month of September.

Required Training by September 30
|
Additional courses are required for Research Financial Analysts and Faculty Funds Project Analysts by September 30 to maintain OFC system access. These courses are all currently available as e-learning for completion at a time that works best for you.
